Draftsperson/Production Support
Nikki is a production draftsperson at Studio HIP responsible for construction document development for the Trust for Public Land’s New York City playgrounds program. This unique partnership between the Trust for Public Land, New York School Construction Authority
and the New York City Department of Environmental Protection includes a 5-week participatory design process.
As an integral part of the CADD production team, Nikki is proficient in AutoCAD with a passion for sustainable design and detailing. She is a motivated, hardworking, and adaptable landscape architecture graduate pursuing knowledge and experience in landscape architecture as an assistant designer at Studio HIP with opportunities to contribute to the impact a design can have on an environment and its community.
Prior to joining Studio HIP, Nikki was an intern at the US Department of Agriculture at the Beltsville Research Facility in Maryland. She was responsible for data collection for cover crop sustainability analysis including field and greenhouse work and entering data. Nikki is also a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and was a Red Cross Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor.
